Intimate, spotlessly clean hotel with brand-new rooms and top-class staff. Local food in the restaurant, free of charge and rich breakfast with pastries, pancakes plus fresh bread.

The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with excellent views.

A dog behind reception when returning after 2200 hrs.I would rate the continental breakfast as a 2 from 1 to 10. The Toilet was so small as was the shower! Sorry we will not even consider staying there again so we will not be able to recommend. Hotel Bristol Union.

The location of this place is amazing, just a short distance from the history museum, and it's situated in a lovely square.

I liked the location (from a shopper's point of view) of the Bristol Union and the staff were friendly and helpful.

While the location is very good for shopping, the proximity of the main square means that the hotel is very noisy in the evening.

The location is in the middle of city center, easy to access to attractions in walking distance. The rate is among of the cheapest in the city center. The staffs are very friendly and able to communicate in English (although one of them couldn't) which is good for us not from the Europe. We spent only for 1 night in a Superior room, it has no carpet on the floor with separated toilet and shower room but everything is clean and tidy. For overall the room is in pretty good condition and comfortable. Thank you.

We couldn't connect to the free wifi internet service even after entering the given password. I think may be the wifi signal was not strong enough to reach our room in the first floor. Another thing, it would be nice if carpet is installed on the room floor.

I really liked this place! It's a cute and cozy little spot, very clean overall. the location is fantastic – you can either see the city-walls or walk straight onto the beach. 🏖️

Convieneant for St Malo and the ferry terminal.Ideal for a one night stay.No early breakfast facility,or hot drink in the room. TV only Frenchchannels.Shower head wouldnt stay up, kept sliding down.Overall ideal for what we wanted.

This place is clean, modern, has very helpful staff, and is located in the heart of town.

We stayed for one night on our way back from Mont Saint Michel, so we didn't really have time to enjoy the city. But the hotel was amazing, the room very nice and the staff very friendly. Also, very nice breakfast!

The staff/owner was extremely helpful and nice. He told of great restaurants so we would not waste our money and he let us leave our bags for a bit the following day. We would return...

well, the key to our room did not work upon arrival, we got it to finally open so said nothing...upon returning late at night, it would not open at all so we had to wake them. It was a less favorable circumstance. The tv was out of order too but as we were only in the room for a short while, we did not inquire. We instead loved St malo and the people including what we took in of the hotel.
